Areas of Practice
Bryn works passionately toward obtaining the best resolution possible for her clients involved in the following legal matters:
Family Law
When you are facing any type of domestic legal dispute, you need the assistance of a skilled family law attorney. For couples who wish to separate but remain legally married, Bryn can help you obtain a legal separation so that you can live apart while preserving your rights. Bryn also helps victims of domestic abuse with obtaining orders of protection so that they can find the path toward a more peaceful future.
Divorce
Bryn represents clients in litigated divorce cases, including when her clients need to file emergency requests for orders of protection and custody. She also helps clients seeking uncontested and collaborative divorces for those who are looking to dissolve their marriage and reach agreements on child custody, child support and spousal maintenance arrangements through less contentious means.
Title IX Matters
Whether you are a student or employee at an institution of higher education looking for an advisor through your Title IX sexual misconduct proceeding, or a college or university looking for a hearing officer, investigator or consultant, Bryn has the experience to assist you with your Title IX matter.
While many disputes can be resolved peacefully through negotiation and mediation, some will end up in court. As an experienced litigator, Bryn is always prepared to go to hearing or trial if that is the best way to protect your rights.

What makes Bryn different from other attorneys?
Bryn makes personal, prompt attention to her clients her priority. If you need an emergency motion filed in your case, you will not wait weeks or months. Clients can expect a phone call or email back from Bryn, not an assistant who does not know your case, within two business days. No client or family is the same, so Bryn prides herself on developing personalized solutions for her clients that meet their goals, whether that is finding the most cost-effective solution, the quickest final order to allow for a move, or the comprehensive order that anticipates every nuance.
What should I expect at a consultation with Bryn?
Bryn will meet you in person at her office in downtown Syracuse or by videoconference or phone, whatever is most convenient for you. She can review any previous orders or petitions or calculate possible child support and maintenance awards to give you personalized advice about your case. She will share her honest assessment of what to expect in terms of time, money, and possible resolutions to your case. She will ask you about your goals and priorities so that she can collaborate with you to navigate toward the best possible outcome for you and your family.
